Parker Timmons brings more than 15 years of experience in agricultural business, analytical laboratory operations, nutrient management, and environmental testing to Elevated Standards. With a strong background rooted in both agriculture and science, Parker combines practical field knowledge with laboratory expertise to support clients with accurate, reliable, and data driven testing services.

Parker is a graduate of Murray State University, where he earned degrees in Agricultural Business and Crop Science, along with a minor in Chemistry. His education provided a strong foundation in agronomy, soil science, crop production, and analytical chemistry that continues to guide his work today.

Throughout his career, Parker has worked extensively in agricultural laboratory environments specializing in soil analysis, nutrient management, agronomic support, and water quality testing. He has played a key role in helping growers and agricultural operations make informed decisions through laboratory analytics and science based recommendations.

For more than 10 years, Parker has also been involved with Precision Water Lab, an Ag Spectrum and potable water testing facility focused on water quality, nutrient analysis, and environmental testing services. His experience spans laboratory management, sample analysis, quality systems, instrumentation, and client support across both agricultural and regulated testing industries.

About Bob Franklin

Bob is an analytical chemist and our Laboratory Director with extensive experience in agricultural, environmental, and regulated laboratory testing. With more than a decade of hands on laboratory leadership, Bob has built a reputation for precision, quality assurance, and operational excellence across multiple analytical testing facilities.

Bob’s expertise includes analytical instrumentation, laboratory workflow optimization, quality control systems, and ISO-17025 accreditation support. Throughout his career, Robert has played a critical role in developing defensible, accurate laboratory processes designed to maintain the highest standards of data integrity and scientific reliability.

A graduate of Murray State University, Robert earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. His educational background provided a strong scientific foundation in chemistry, biology, and analytical laboratory practices that continues to guide his work today.

Since 2012, Robert has overseen and developed complete laboratory sample flow systems from collection and preparation through digestion, extraction, and instrumental analysis. He has maintained full compliance within the ALTA soil proficiency testing program and has extensive experience implementing corrective actions, calibration verification, and quality assurance protocols.

Bob has also been instrumental in supporting the growth and accreditation of Elevated Standards, authoring and implementing many of the validation methods used within the laboratory’s ISO-17025 accreditation program.

Known for his leadership and collaborative approach, Bob has trained laboratory technicians across Element Ag, Precision Water Lab, and Elevated Standards, helping establish consistent procedures and strong quality systems throughout each facility.

About AshLee Wethington, RN, BSN — a registered nurse with a strong foundation in science, patient safety, and quality-driven systems. AshLee’s healthcare background shaped a disciplined, data-first approach to laboratory science, where accuracy, consistency, and accountability are essential.

Her work in Patient Safety and Quality taught her that quality isn’t just about meeting requirements; it’s about tracking the right data, identifying risk early, and adding value through structured, high-level quality systems. She brings that same approach to cannabis testing and nutrient management, emphasizing integrity, transparency, and long-term reliability in every result.
